Ersöz Organic Farm, Afyon Turkey
Ecological local family farm, organic fruit and vegetable producer in Afyon/Turkey. Ersöz Farm, which was established by Sultan and Vehbi Ersöz in Afyonkarahisar Başmakçı in 1983, started organic farming in 1992. It has been producing Turkey's first organic certified vegetable since 1996. Erdal Eren Ersöz and his wife Havva Ersöz continue the production and marketing they learned from their family at Ersöz Farm, which is a complete family business.
Organic is a controlled and certified agriculture and production method without using chemical inputs.
The purpose of ecological agriculture is to protect the environment, plant, animal and human health without polluting the soil, water resources and air.
Organic is scientific and legal concept.
Marketing of a product with expressions such as "natural, additive-free, hormone-free, pure, village product, from the farm, homemade, healthy" does not mean that it is organic.
